English Language Skills

 
Since English will be the language of instruction and participants will have to interact in English with the tutors and with each other, a good command of the English language (at least C1 for listening and B2 for speaking on the Common European Framework scale) is a necessary condition for successful participation in this course.

The completion of this pre-registration form does not guarantee a place in the course nor the award of a in-service grant (which may be granted only by the Lifelong Learning Programme National Agency). All applicants who will return this pre-registration form to Smart Solutions Ltd. duly completed will have to pass a pre-selection process undertaken by the course leaders.
 
Those who will considered eligible by the course leader to participate in the course will receive a pre-selection letter from Smart Solutions Ltd. which they will have to present together with all other required documentation to apply for the grant to the Lifelong Learning Programme National Agency within the prescribed deadline (may vary per country).
 
The applicants who will be awarded the Comenius 2.2/Grundtvig 3 in-service grant by the Socrates National Agency of their country will have to inform Smart Solutions Ltd. they received the grant as soon as this information is made available to them.
 
Please note that cancellation of participation can only be made in writing (by regular mail or fax). Cancellations received before receiving the official communication of the Socrates National Agency informing about the decision to award the grant to the participant(s) will entail no charge. Cancellations received after receiving the official communication of the Socrates National Agency informing about the decision to award the grant to the participant(s) and received no later than fourteen days before the course starts, will entail a 15% of the course fee charge for administrative expenses (relative to the course fee only).
 
Cancellation received after receiving the official communication of the Socrates National Agency informing about the decision to award the grant to the participant(s) and received later than fourteen days before the beginning of the course does not entitle the participant to any refund.
 

 

Medical Insurance

 
Participants at the Smart Solutions Ltd. training venues need to be medically insured during the period that they attend the Smart Solutions Ltd. course.
